The Tender Monitor continuously monitors the official tender portal (palyazat.gov.hu), and as soon as a new tender or modification appears, it sends an e-mail notification. The e-mail contains: the title of the tender, the date of publication, a brief summary, and a button to open the full announcement with a single click. This significantly reduces the risk of an important new announcement or modification going unnoticed, and there is no need to manually browse the tender site daily: you receive automatic notifications about relevant information at the specified e-mail address.
The solution is primarily designed for businesses for which tender funding represents an important financing opportunity, but where no one has the time to browse dozens of pages on a daily basis. Based on the specified keywords and criteria (e.g., relevant topic, region, funding category), the system highlights potentially relevant results.
We also use the solution in our own operations. The implementation includes the configuration of sources, monitoring frequency, filtering criteria, and notification recipients. The monthly fee covers the operation, supervision, and fine-tuning of the system as needed.
